Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of SepArt Studio's website (separtstudio.com) and all services provided by SepArt Studio, including artwork rebuild, colour separation, and related prepress services. By submitting a quote request, placing an order, or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

SepArt Studio provides the following services:

• Artwork Rebuild — redrawing low-resolution, corrupt, or unusable artwork files as clean, print-ready vectors
• Colour Separation — preparing print-ready separations for screen printing, including simulated process, spot colour, index, CMYK, and FM halftone methods
• File Review and Assessment — reviewing submitted files and advising on their suitability for print

All services are delivered remotely. We do not require physical files — all work is conducted digitally via file transfer.

Submitting a quote request does not constitute a binding order. We will review your submitted files and respond with a quote detailing the scope of work and price. An order is confirmed only when:

• You explicitly approve the quoted scope and price, and
• You proceed with payment or instruct us to begin work

Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date issued. We reserve the right to revise a quote if the submitted files differ materially from what was described, or if additional scope is identified during work.

Payment terms are agreed at the time of quoting. General conditions:

• Payment is due before or at the time of final file delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing
• We accept payment via bank transfer, Razorpay (Indian clients), and Wise (international clients)
• Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) for Indian clients and in USD or EUR for international clients, as agreed
• Payment in full is required before repeat orders if an outstanding balance exists

We do not offer refunds on completed work that conforms to the agreed specification. If delivered files do not match the agreed scope, we will correct them at no additional charge (see Section 07 — Revisions).

You are responsible for submitting files that you own or have the right to use. By submitting files to us, you confirm that:

• You own or have been granted the rights to the submitted artwork, designs, or brand assets
• The files do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• You have authority to request the work described

We reserve the right to decline work on files that we reasonably believe may infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law. We are not responsible for verifying copyright ownership of submitted materials.

Files may be submitted via our quote form, email, or any agreed transfer method. Maximum file size per upload is 50 MB via the quote form. Larger files can be shared via Google Drive, WeTransfer, or another agreed method.

Stated turnaround times are estimates based on typical project complexity and are not guaranteed delivery deadlines unless expressly agreed in writing as a rush order.

• Standard turnaround: 2–4 business hours for most artwork rebuild and separation jobs
• Complex projects: turnaround will be communicated individually at the time of quoting
• Rush orders: available on request; may attract an additional fee

Turnaround times begin from the point at which all required files and project information are received and payment terms are confirmed. We operate during Indian Standard Time (IST) business hours. Orders received outside business hours will begin processing the following business day.

We stand behind our output. If delivered files do not conform to the agreed specification, we will correct them at no charge. Our revision policy:

• Revisions for technical errors or deviations from the agreed specification are included at no additional cost
• Revisions arising from changes to the brief or specification after work has begun may attract a revised quote
• Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of final file delivery
• Requests beyond this window will be treated as a new order

The print-ready or we fix it guarantee applies to technical print specifications only — it does not cover subjective aesthetic preferences that differ from the submitted reference.

We treat all client files, project briefs, and business information as strictly confidential. We will not:

• Share your files or project details with third parties, except as required to deliver the service
• Use your artwork, brand assets, or files for any purpose other than completing your project
• Display your work in our portfolio without your explicit written permission

Files are retained for a reasonable period post-delivery (typically 30 days) to allow for revision requests, then securely deleted. Extended archival can be arranged in writing.

Upon receipt of payment in full, you own the output files we deliver for your project. SepArt Studio retains no claim over the delivered artwork or separations.

We retain ownership of our proprietary processes, techniques, and methods used to produce the work. Delivery of output files does not constitute transfer of any proprietary process.

Source files, working files, and intermediate files produced during the project remain the property of SepArt Studio unless otherwise agreed. Final deliverable files as specified in the quote are what is transferred to you upon payment.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages including lost profits, production delays, or print costs arising from errors in delivered files
• We are not responsible for losses arising from files submitted to us that were later found to infringe third-party rights
• We recommend always proofing delivered separations on press or via a test print before committing to a full production run

We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care, and that delivered files will conform to the agreed specification.

We do not warrant that delivered separations will produce identical printed output across all print systems, substrates, or equipment. Colour output is affected by many factors outside our control, including press calibration, ink systems, substrate, and mesh count. We provide print-ready files — final print quality depends on your production process.

The website and all content on it are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

You agree not to use this website or our services to submit, request, or facilitate:

• Artwork that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion where we believe these conditions are being violated.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.

For clients based in the European Union or other jurisdictions, applicable mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may apply in addition to these terms.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will revise the effective date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we will notify active clients by email.
